SPACE Performing Arts

Pepperland, an acclaimed Beatles cover band from Sebastopol, will be performing on Saturday, December 10 at 8pm at SPACE Theater in Ukiah, a benefit for the SPACE Scholarship Program. The kick off funding for this scholarship fundraiser is generously underwritten by Mendo-Lake Credit Union, Sharon Lieser, Dripworks, Hoyman Browe Pottery, Phyllis Curtis, Kathy Lehner. 

     What is your favorite Beatles song? Yellow Submarine? Here Comes the Sun? Let it Be? Imagine? Pepperland has over 50 songs in their repertoire and Pepperland is seven of Sonoma County's best musicians united in their dedication to faithfully reproducing some of the best music ever made - The Beatles!

      From the first Beatles releases through the psychedelic albums and on to the solo works, Pepperland brings a rollicking, audience engaging excitement to their renditions of both classic and deep cut Beatle tunes.

Pepperland's lineup has KRUSH UK's Davey Alder fronting the band with his authentic Brit vocals, Robert Butler and Will Campbell taking turns tastefully tackling the guitar parts, Jane Fossgreen adding the essential sax, harmony and percussion, Prairie Sun's Steve Buck nailing down the keyboards, Gary Creller (formerly of Norton Buffalo's Stampede) adroitly handling McCartney's legendary bass lines, and stage and session drummer Robin Zickel rounding out the septet.

      Pepperland show will also feature several guest artists, SPACE’s Breath, Ali Miller, Jenny Peterman, Bonnie Lockhart, and Jetaine Hart.  There will be a Silent Auction with fabulous travel packages and gifts just in time for the holidays to bid on.
