Enrollment Information

Registration is now open for our Fall Session of 2014!

Class Registration/Tuition Information

Tuition is pro-rated after the 2nd week of class. If paying in two installments, second payment is due on October 15. NO MONTHLY PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE. Make-up classes will be scheduled only if a class is canceled by the teacher.

All classes have enrollment limits. We encourage early registration. Four ways to register:

1. Pay for your class online with Paypal. Don’t forget to fill out the online registration form, or downloand theĀ registration form and bring it in.

2. Complete theĀ registration form and liability forms and mail them, along with your check or money order, to: SPACE, 508 W. Perkins St., Ukiah, CA 95482.

3. Drop by the SPACE office at 508 W. Perkins St., Ukiah, CA 95482. Office hours are 9 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

4. Come to the first class and register then (if space permits).

When space allows, registration is on-going. Drop-in attendance is permitted only if space allows. The fee is $15 per class.

*Any student with a balance due at the end of a session will not be able to register for, attend class or apply for a scholarship until the previous balance is paid.

Class Placement

All of our classes have recommended age ranges. We suggest students enroll in the classes that match their age. If a student’s skill level falls outside the expected skill range for that class, the teacher will help you find a better match. Over the years we’ve found that basing placement first on age works best for students.

Class Observation

Parents are invited to quietly observe any class for ages 2 1/2-6. Please assist the teacher in creating a supportive learning environment and hold conversations outside the classroom. For ages 7 and up we ask that parents observe through the viewing window, if available.

High School Credit

Ukiah High School students enrolled in SPACE classes may be eligible for high school P.E. and Community Service credit. Contact your high school counselor for information.

Financial Aid

Some scholarships are available this fall and are awarded first-come, first served. For information and an application call 462-9370.
